Bay of Quinte Mutual has been in business since 1874 and has seen its share of global events and has continued on to provide peace of minds for its policyholders.
And we will weather this storm as well but, it will take a concentrated effort on the part of our staff, our policyholders and the community at large.
To that end, the following measures have been put in place effective immediately:
–The doors will be locked to all but staff and others deemed essential to the operation of the company
–Loss Prevention officers will suspend their inspection schedule
–We will be operating on a reduced staffing level to limit the amount of contact between team members while continuing to provide essential service to our policyholders and other business partners
We will continue to be available by phone and email during the hours of 8:30 to 4:30.
