One of the first contacts a new policyholder will have with Bay of Quinte Mutual is with our Loss Prevention Department.
All new policies written with our company will be inspected by one of our highly qualified loss prevention officers.
We also from time to time choose to inspect the properties of existing policyholders if it has been awhile or if there has been a significant change to the policy.
The purpose of the inspection is to point out any safety issues that may be present and to ensure that your property is correctly valued in the event of a claim.
